Suggestions for some regulations to encourage business and strengthen the economy.


1. Payment terms to be a maximum of 14 days for all business transactions.


2. A law that the same price must be charged to all customers to give new customers a chance, and to prevent massive wastage of time on negotiating deals.


3. Criminalisation of failure to pay when funds are available, through civil 'failure to pay' and criminal 'theft by omission' laws.
