Men, Women and teamwork

1. The strongest teams are mixed-gender teams. When forming a team try to have a mix of men and women.


2. All-male teams form a 'boys club', while all-female teams form a 'women's-club'. What tends to happen in these situations is that the conversation descends into offensive comments about the other gender.

Mixed-gender teams are much more civilised.


3. If you need to send two people to a post, try to send a man and a woman. They will negotiate their relationship and be happy working together. Sometimes the man will be in charge, sometimes the woman will be in charge however they will be happy.


4. If you send two men, or two women, they will fight and compete to be in control and will not be happy.
