	feet with cotton or wool socks



2.

removing drugs from fluid bodies of the body

	determine if the fluid body is re-generated

	remove 3% of the fluid volume

	wait 2 days

	repeat 

	repeat several times, concentration of the drug should decline steadily

3.

hypothemia (low body temperature, generally from immersion in cold water)

	warm room, 25oC

	light to medium weight cotton blankets 

	hot drink available (85oC, able to be sipped), no food or drink given unless requested

	may take several days for body to return to normal temperature

	not to be disturbed or moved (unless an emmergency)


4.

try to maintain a range of normal body movements each day (some walking, at least 25ft say)
	
	if possible (i.e. unless causing pn. or not wanting to, or brk. bn.)
