Commecial Activity System


1. Fixed prices, no negotiation of prices except for large value transactions

2. Not accessing information about customers other than information supplied by the customer and stored in the database systems

3. Records of bad transactions to be cleared out after a period of time, e.g. 12 months

4. No comments regarding customers to be stored in the computer systems

5. No additional transactions to be charged to customers other than fees disclosed to customers in advance

6. No interferring with customer's emails, telephone calls or other communications

7. No releasing information about customers to other parties, or using assets of customers such as documents or software.

8. In general, providing products or services, not interferring with customers in any other way



Customer Service / Timeframes


9. All telephone calls to be answered within 2 minutes

10. All telephone messages and electronic mail messages to be replied to by the end of the next business day.
